a) Identify the clinical and training needs.
b) Evaluate newly introduced skills, procedures or interventions for its effectiveness and relevance in pre-hospital care setting.
c) Develop and organize Continuous and Education Training (CET) programmes and activities.

e) Oversee the system of mentorship and attachment programme including paramedic trainee training throughput.

What you will be working on
a) Maintain the competencies required for paramedics and EMTs.
b) Ensure that frontline medical personnel possess the clinical skills and medical knowledge equivalent to the national standards, improving the delivery of care for and patient outcome (pre-hospital).
c) Responsible for continuous education and training which includes putting in place systems, planning and strategy, organization and facilitation.
d) Looking into the professional and academic development of paramedics including programme and curriculum development.
e) Assist in the implementation of guidelines, medical standards, protocols, procedures and policies for training.
f) Review the training curriculum and syllabus and evaluate its application and clinical effectiveness in the field.
g) Assist in monitoring ambulance attachment.
