About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for you to step up into a Health and Safety Advisor role and take your professional journey to new heights. You will be part of some exciting new projects and owning your own portfolio. This will involve building a positive H&S culture by coaching, promoting, and regulating safe work practices.

Core Duties:
  • To facilitate and coordinate H&S projects
  • Providing excellent coaching to managers regarding H&S matters and ensuring a proactive approach to risk management
  • Carrying out designated H&S Audits once trained
  • Promote a safe working environment
  • Coordinating regular meetings with our H&S committee members
  • Stay up to date with relevant legislation and industry trend

About you:
  • H&S coordinator experience for a minimum of 1 year
  • Due to the nature of the role we are ideally looking for someone with Health & Safety experience from either Health, Pharmaceutical, Food science, labs or manufacturing background
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health – Ideally NEBOSH
  • Strong people skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and ages
