Admin Officer [Malaysia]

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties, office improvements, facilities and equipment maintenance, housekeeping matters, etc.
  • Attend to phone calls, visitors and suppliers
  • Manage office stationery and supplies
  • Support IT assets maintenance and PC setup, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Coordinate local & overseas shipment
  • Assist to check and pack goods for shipment when required
  • Assist in stock-take activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
  • With accounting and facilities background
  • Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
  • Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organizing stock items
  • Responsible, committed and independent
  • Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for self-improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
